RE: APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF AGENTS FOR THE
SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO
ANIMALS OF
Whereas, section 828.03(2), Florida
Statutes, mandates that the appointment of investigative agents for the Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) be approved by a judge of the
county or circuit court in the county in which the SPCA is located; and
Whereas, the SPCA of West Pasco has
requested the approval of Betty E. Moore and Nancy J. McBride to serve as its
agents; it is hereby
ORDERED
The appointments of Betty E. Moore and
Nancy J. McBride are approved.
