RE:     AMENDED DATING, DOMESTIC, REPEAT, AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE CIVIL INJUNCTIONS
JANUARY 1, 2005 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2005

 

Administrative Order 2004-087 PI-CIR is hereby amended to reflect the following changes:

 

 

9.  The judges assigned to the following sections of the Family Law Division shall preside over dating, domestic, repeat, and sexual violence civil injunction hearings on the dates provided herein.  Unless otherwise provided herein, the following hearings shall be conducted every Wednesday beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom F, 545 1st Avenue N., St. Petersburg, Florida.

All other provisions of Administrative Order 2004-087 PI-CIR shall remain in full force and effect.
