4. Non-domestic stalking §784.048(2), Fla. Stat.
5. Failure to Appear §843.15(1)(b),
6. Prostitution offenses, 2d and subsequent offense §796.07, Fla.
Stat.
7. All crimes of domestic violence §741.28, Fla. Stat.
8. Violation of a domestic violence injunction §741.30,
Fla. Stat.
9. Violation of a repeat, sexual
or dating violence injunction §784.046(9)(b), Fla.
Stat.
10. Violation of pre-trial release
11. Violation of probation.
B. Persons arrested for criminal traffic except
the following offenses:
1. DUI §316.193 (2),
2. BUI §327.35 (2),
C. Local ordinance violations

order is directed to processing of persons at booking and does not preclude a
judge from establishing different conditions of release.
