RE:
CREATION OF TRUANCY SECTION
In order to provide for processing of truancy petitions filed pursuant to section 984.151, Florida Statutes, it is:
ORDERED:
1.
Section U is created effective

All petitions filed pursuant to section 984.151, Florida Statutes, shall
be assigned to
3. The Clerk of Court shall generate a truancy calendar on a schedule determined by the Unified Family Court Administrative Judge. Judges assigned to Unified Family Court will hear truancy petitions as determined by the Unified Family Court Administrative Judge.
4. The Clerk of the Court and the Pinellas County Information Technology Department shall take immediate action to implement this order.
