ADMINISTRATIVE
ORDER NO.
2003-038 PA/PI-CIR
Whereas, House Bill 113A, from special session A of the 2003 Legislature requires an Administrative Order if the Chief Judge delegates authority to the Court Administrator to bind the Circuit in contract and;
Whereas, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, the Court Administrator has had the authority to bind the Circuit in contract it is;
ORDERED:
1. The Court Administrator for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, upon the approval of the Chief Judge, has the authority to bind the Sixth Judicial Circuit in contract.
2. The previously existing authority of the Court Administrator of the Sixth Judicial Circuit to bind the Circuit in contract is hereby ratified and affirmed.
3. The Court Administrator of the Sixth Judicial Circuit may delegate this authority if the delegation is in writing.
