RE:     TITLE IV-D CASES SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL

 

            Whereas the law firm of Myron J. Mensh, P.A., formerly known as Mensh and MacIntosh, P.A., has been counsel of record for the Florida Department of Revenue in Title IV-D cases in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and

 

            Whereas, the Office of the Attorney General informed the Chief Judge that the Attorney General will provide representation for the Florida Department of Revenue in Title IV-D cases effective July 1, 2003, and

 

            Whereas, the Office of the Attorney General has requested that the court authorize a substitution of counsel in all Title IV-D cases, and

 

            Whereas, the Florida Department of Revenue has consented to the substitution of counsel in accordance with Rule of Judicial Administration 2.060(h);

 

IT IS ORDERED:

 

            1.         Effective July 1, 2003, the law firm of Myron J. Mensh, P.A., formerly known as Mensh and MacIntosh, P.A., is removed and Attorney General-CSE, is substituted as counsel of record in all cases in which the Department of Revenue is exercising its authority pursuant to the provisions of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §651, et seq. in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

 

            2.         The Clerk of Court for Pinellas County and the Clerk of Court for Pasco County are hereby ordered to amend the records in the CJIS system in Pinellas County and the FACTS system in Pasco County to reflect the substitution of Attorney General-CSE for Myron J. Mensh, P.A., formerly known as Mensh and MacIntosh, P.A., (Pinellas County SPN 00953259) as counsel of record in all Title IV-D cases effective July 1, 2003.

 

3.         At the request of any party a copy of this Order shall be filed in any action which has not reached final disposition or in which post-judgment proceedings are currently pending, or in closed cases which are reopened after this date by the Department of Revenue exercising its authority pursuant to the provisions of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, 42 USC, §651, et seq.
