RE: CANVASSING BOARD
Whereas, on January 26, 1994, in Administrative Order 94-15, The Honorable Patrick K. Caddell was appointed as the County Judge to serve on the County Canvassing Board for Pinellas County, pursuant to the provisions of § 102.141 (1), Fla. Stat., and whereas it is desirable to continue that appointment and to provide for a substitute when Judge Caddell is unavailable, it is hereby:
ORDERED:
1. The Honorable
Patrick K. Caddell, County Court Judge in and for
Pinellas County shall continue as the County Judge on the Pinellas County
Canvassing Board.
2. The Honorable
Henry J. Andringa is appointed as the substitute County Judge to serve on
the County Canvassing Board for Pinellas County when Judge Caddell is unavailable.
Administrative Orders 94-15 and PI-CTY-02-07 are hereby rescinded.
