ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. PI-CIR-00-49

RE:     PETITIONS FOR TEMPORARY CUSTODY – ASSIGNMENT OF CASES

            Pursuant to Local Rule 3(a), it is hereby

            ORDERED:

            The Clerk of Court for Pinellas County shall assign Petitions for Temporary Custody as follows:

            1.         Petitions for Temporary Custody filed pursuant to Chapter 751, Florida Statutes, shall be randomly assigned to non-dependency family law judges.

            2.         The Chapter 751 cases identified in Attachments A & B shall be reassigned to judges hearing non-dependency cases in the Family Law Division and shall be reassigned non-dependency family law case numbers.

            3.         The Clerk of Court shall notify parties of open cases of the change in case number and judicial assignment.
