REPORTING PLAN – AMENDMENT TWO
In order amend the Court Reporting Plan to
provide for alternative means of recording of proceedings when emergency
circumstances require it, it is
ORDERED:
Administrative Order 2004-018 PA/PI-CIR is hereby amended to add the following:
D. EMERGENCY BACKUP PLAN
In any proceeding in which the type of court
reporting equipment or services specified in this order are not available due
to emergency circumstances, the Administrative Office of the Courts, with
permission of the Chief Judge, may utilize whatever other means of recording
that may be available under the circumstances.
All other provisions of Administrative Order 2004-018 PA/PI-CIR and 2004-033 PA/PI-CIR shall remain in full force and effect.
