Please Note

Often times the amount of time requested for a hearing is more or less than the time necessary for your hearing. The judge's office may confirm your hearing for a longer or shorter time than requested.

The Court is required to schedule certain hearings on an emergency basis. Hearing time prior to or after that listed on the computer schedule is reserved for emergency hearings. 

All jury trials, and judge trials longer than one full day, require a pretrial conference before the Court will schedule the trial.  

After confirmation, kindly prepare a Notice of Hearing.
