Initial Hearing

Juvenile defendants who enter the program through an initial hearing are provided with a Hearing Officer who conducts a hearing with the parent(s) and youth and determines appropriate sanctions for the juvenile.  The hearing officer can also assist in targeting specific problem areas for the juvenile and family.
